IFAI 2019 – Allstate Tent

Being one of the biggest Tent Expo in the tent rental and supply industry, the IFAI Tent Expo never fails to impress. This year’s show did not disappoint, displaying new amazing tents and innovations. For 2019’s Tent Expo, we continue to be a member and we are proud to say that we were a contributing sponsor. Thank you to all everyone that stopped by our tent display, we had a great experience meeting new and current customer.

This year, we set up a 20×40 Keder Tent displaying our keder fittings and poles, our single and double doors, our sidewall varieties, our stationary and mobile canopy jacks, and a 10×10 Pop-up using our flag graphic top! Thank you to Event Tents for helping us set up our tent. During our time their, we had special sales and handed out our new possibility poster which shows almost all possible ways to use our products like fittings, poles, baseplates, and more!

IFAI Tent Expo was a great way to start off 2019 and look forward to the next one. In the meanwhile, we look forward to seeing everyone at the 2019 ARA Show, the 2019 EPA Show, and what both shows hold for all of us!

Year End Review 2018

OUT WITH THE OLD IN WITH NEW
With 2018 coming to a close and 2019 rapidly knocking at our doorsteps, We would like to take this time to reflect on 2018 as well as show you what is new for 2019.

SHOWS
During 2018 we meet and greeted customers at the ARA Show in NOLA, EPA show in Nashville, Matra show in Hershey, as well as IAAPA in Orlando.

During these shows we introduced new products as well as revitalized products that will help with many different aspects of tenting. Some of these include the redesigned door with the plexiglass door panel. Another new product that we have been working on and shown at the Matra show and will be seen again in the upcoming year is the 2″ Keder Track tent that can be used with your existing frame.

UPDATE
While we are working to better meet the needs of our customers we are still stocking and maintaining the inventory of our Frame, Frame and Cable tents and many accessories such as walls and fittings. We are also ramping up our graphics section also so be on the lookout for that in future blogs.

Introducing! Removable Decal Pole Covers

While at IAAPA we thought about how to make our poles that had gotten damaged and had streaks, scratches, or any other scuffs look more appealing, with the resources that we already have. We are not presenting a new invention, but our own revision of a popular product.

We are now introducing our all occasions pole covers, a simple solution to an ever growing problem.  These covers are easy to apply and remove. They do not leave any residue behind after use. Our pole covers are able to cover any length of poles from 4’4″ to our 21’10”.   These will bring the life of the party and hide any scuffs, and scratches that may occur during the takedown, and put up process. We are now able to make any design that suits any party or design needs.

With the Holiday season now underway, what a better way to stick out then candy cane poles, spooky ghosts for Halloween, and even hearts for Valentines day. We also cover textures such as Wood, Stone, and even Bamboo. While the possibilities are virtually endless, our pole covers are sold in 5’x 6” pieces at $25 a piece with a minimum required purchase of $150 at a time. While that is a lot to purchase at one time, they are high-quality graphics that are stunning to anyone who may see them. Catch Us At The Upcoming MATRA, IAAPA, ARA, And IFAI Orlando Shows!

For a long time, MATRA , IFAI, ARA, and IAAPA have been a staple in the attractions and tents industry. Associations where professionals come together to share the newest ideas and trends. Promoting innovation, education, safety, and community. So are you excited for all these shows? Well we sure are, because we will be participating in all them! If you have been looking for an opportunity to talk to us in person, well this is your chance!

In 2018, we will be attending the IAAPA Show from November 13th to November 16th at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando FL. Where new technologies, innovations, and trends are shared between leader from around the world! We will be setting up a 10×10 booth with all our information about our tents and new innovations we have to offer. So don’t miss this opportunity to talk to us!

 

From November 5th to November 8th, we will attending the MATRA Tent Show at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA! We will be setting up one of our own keder tents and we will also be setting up a custom pop-up in honor of Veterans Day! So if you are interested look for us and we will provide you with all the help and information you need, So don’t miss out on “Your Golden Ticket To Success”!

Although it is still far away in 2019, we will be attending the IFAI Tent Expo at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando FL from January 23rd to January 25th. At this event that only happens every two year, hundreds of CEOs, employees, installers and suppliers gather to network, learn, and introduce new product innovations and techniques under inspiring tent displays.

 

Attending the ARA Show in 2019? We sure are and excited to be doing so! Bringing with us our new products and innovations. Also your in for a treat, for Kevin O’Leary will be taking the stage before the opening of the floor show! So do not miss out on hearing Mr. Wonderful’s opening!

Clear Tent Is almost Upon Us

Clear Tent Season is almost upon us.

A clear tent is constructed in the same manner as a traditional frame tent, the difference being that the covering material is clear. Clear top tents are best used for night functions during summer months, or during the day in the fall and spring months.

Clear top tents are the perfect choice for brides and event planners because such tents provide a blank canvas, freeing brides and event planners to design the most creative and comfortable environment for their guests. Decorations and floor plan options are practically endless with a clear top tent. These tents offer unobstructed views from one end of the room to the other, allowing guests to move freely throughout the space. The clear covering creates a unique look at night with surrounding gardens and trees lit up or when the sky is clear.

Clear Tent Diclosure:

Clear tent are not made with reinforced fabric.  It should be handled with extreme care.  It will tear very easily.  As with any tent, ground cover should be used.

  1. Do not pull clear tent too tight as it will stretch more than necessary.
  2. Do not allow fabric to freeze. Clear tents can not be installed below 55 or above 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. When the tents are up, the tent needs to be checked every 4 hours or to deem fit.  As clear tent will stretch, rain pockets can not occur; check tightness of webbing and any stretch of fabric needs to be fixed on site.
  4. Clear tent transparency will deteriorate over time.
  5. Clear Tent fabric can shrink when cold and expand when hot.
  6. Put up clear tent in the sun will make the tent heat up very fast.  Avoid putting up tent in the sun and setup at night, early morning, and late in the afternoon.  When the sun hits the tent, the tent will make the temperature inside rise very fast.
  7. Clear tent should not be washed.  Wipe and dry with warm water or mild vinyl cleaner only.  Washing will cause severe mildew, scratch, and stretching.
