Rental / Wholesale store purchase disclosure:
This is an agreement between Allstate Tent and you, our customer to understand our terms and condition of purchasing our tents.
ORDER PROCESSING:

We will try our best to process orders and ship them on time. There is no guarantee on exact shipping time.
TAXES:

None of the prices on flyers or the website include taxes or shipping and handling. We will add sales tax to the companies that reside in the municipality that request them. This includes some of the states outside the state of Georgia. All Georgia resident sales tax will be at the rate of Whitfield County GA rate even though your tax rate is different where your company may reside.
FREIGHT:

Please inspect all merchandise and report all missing or damaged pieces to the freight company representative or the driver immediately before signing for it. Please contact us within 7 days after the merchandise is received to report missing and/or damaged goods. We will help you as much as we can to resolve the problem. However, it is not our responsibility to replace or replenish the shipments at the fault of the freight company.

In the event of any damage and / or missing merchandise, customer is expected to follow through on the claiming process. We will try to help as much as possible. Allstate Tent is not responsible for any replacement cost including replacement freight.

Allstate Tent has several ways in which we can ship your order. Please state your time requirement. We will route the shipment so that it will be both economical and deliver on time.

We do not guarantee that the freight company will deliver orders on time. Please specify if you need guaranteed freight.

All shipping cost and applicable taxes will be added to the price unless agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to choose not to pay the freight bill in advance. However if Allstate Tent paid the bill in advance we will collect the freight according to the freight bill plus applicable handling fees. Handling fees will be charged if freight is not contracted through Allstate Tent.

When we quote freight for shipments, you are quoted the minimum packing contract. That implies that your shipment will endure certain shipping marks as well as other normal circumstances when freight handlers move the shipment. This will include but not limited to: minimum scratch marks, torn packaging materials, pallet and packaging materials rub against each other freight, and other normal fright circumstances. If you wish to have your freight packaged in different ways please inform your sales person prior to ordering. This may include extra shipping charges.
RETURNS:

I understand that my tents are purchased without express warrantee from the manufacturer.

All returns must be authorized in advance.

A 15% charge will occur if the return was not our fault.

If the merchandise is to be returned, please prepay the freight. We cannot accept freight collect at our warehouse. Merchandise coming back as collect will be refused.

Because tent setup requires site planning and evaluation, we will not guarantee against tent failures. We also do not guarantee and tears during shipment. We do inspect our merchandise carefully and it is your responsibility to check when you receive the freight that the shipment arrived in good condition. We will help our customers as much as we can come up with a resolution on damaged and missing shipments.

Please contact us for return or refund within 15 days after it was shipped. We will assume the merchandise is acceptable if you do not contact us within 15 days.
